Each CAN-2-CAN Gateway has a unique serial number and requires custom-compiled firmware. Fill out the form below with your device details and we’ll email you the correct firmware file.

Do Not Flash Firmware From Another Unit

Uploading mismatched firmware will trigger lockout mode (red + green LED flashing constantly). Only flash firmware compiled for your specific serial number.

What Happens Next?

We Compile Your Firmware

We compile the requested protocol firmware locked to your gateway’s serial number. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days.

You Receive the Firmware via Email

We’ll email the compiled firmware file (.bin) to the address you provided above.

Flash via Built-in USB Port

Download the Firmware Update Tool and follow the Update Instructions PDF. Connect directly to the gateway’s built-in USB port — no external adapter needed.
